QT Shopping is happy to accept unusual, or faulty merchandise for return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or refund within 15 days for you.
We are not able to accept any returns more than 15 days from the date of purchased, except at the discretion of our customer service team. Re-stocking or return processing fees may be applied, and return shipping costs will not be covered, on any returns made after 15 days. Sorry, but we are not able to accept any returns on expired products.
How do I Return an Item?
1. Please contact us immediately via email stating your order number and the item code. Please attach pictures to show us the problem so we can assist you. Please keep the picture below 2 MB.
2. We will review your complaint with all your details as above and offer you a solution.
If you purchased directly at http://www.qtshopping.com/ in the past 15 days:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA# and free return shipping label.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, using the free shipping label provided.
- We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase, or send you a refund check, if you prefer.
- Please allow max 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others for the refund to show up, after it has been issued by us.
- Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund original shipping charges on false return claim.
If you purchased from one of our authorized resellers in the past 15 days:
- Please contact that reseller directly to arrange your return.
- QT Shopping will credit the reseller’s account once the return has been processed.
You can easily cancel your order if and only if you have ordered our any product with registered account. If you have ordered our product using guest checkout, you will have to inform us via email or inquiry form about the cancellation of that order in order to cancel it. You can cancel your order by going to My Account and clicking on Order and cancel it easily.
Online Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered online from QT Shopping, you can return it within 15 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase cost. Product must be in original condition and with original tags attached. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. You may return items by posting them back to us. Please include your sales receipt with your return. If you would like a replacement or exchange, you will need to place a new order online. Please note that this policy only applies to online purchases.
Return Policy for Pet food, Yarsagumba and Tea/coffee: Please contact us via email and call us within 7 days from the date of order has delivered and condition of return(return accept only if the product has damaged, Mold or items has been found Moisture and if received wrong orders/size).
Return Policy for Bag and Rudraksha: Please contact us via email within 15 days from the date of order.
Note: Unless we made a mistake, items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel listed in our website. You have to pay both shipping charge if you want to return the product unless we make mistake in the delivery.
Unsuitable items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our returns policy above for additional conditions and instructions.
Returns are usually processed within 1 day of being received, but may take up to 3 business days during busy periods. Transaction of refunded amounts may take up to 3-5 business days once processed by us, depending on your payment provider. Refunds for PayPal and Afterpay purchases can only be processed during business hours: Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Qt Shopping is not responsible to follow up bank transaction requests on customer’s behalf.
