RETURN POLICY

QT Shopping is happy to accept unusual, or faulty merchandise, Broken Items, Mold, or disliked by Any Reason Customers for return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or refund Full Amount within 7 days of Claim Made for you.

We will accept any returns for Food/Dog Chews Items 7 days from the date of  Delivered. Re-stocking or return processing fees Will not be applied, and return shipping costs will be covered, on any returns made Before 35 days of Delivered for Rest of Others QT Shopping Products.

How do I Return an Item?
1. Please contact us immediately via email stating your order number and the item code. Please attach pictures if Possible to show us the problem so we can assist you. Please keep the picture below 2 MB.
2. We will review your complaint with all your details as above and offer you a solution on your favor.

If you purchased directly at http://www.qtshopping.com/ in the past 15 days:

  • Please email info@qtshopping.com to request an RMA# and free return shipping label.
  • Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, using the free shipping label provided.
  • We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase, or send you a refund check, if you prefer.
  • Please allow max 1 weeks for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others for the refund to show up, after it has been issued by us.
  • Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund original shipping charges on false (Intentional) return claim.

If you purchased from one of our authorized re-sellers in the past 15 days:

  • Please contact that re seller directly to arrange your return.
  • QT Shopping will credit the re seller’s account once the return has been processed.

Cancel Orders

You can easily cancel your order if and only if you have ordered our any product with registered account. If you have ordered our product using guest checkout, you will have to inform us via email or inquiry form about the cancellation of that order in order to cancel it. Online Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered online from QT Shopping, you can return it within 35 days of purchase (Food/Dog Chews within 7 Days of Delivery) and we will refund your purchase cost. Product must be in original condition and with original tags attached. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. You may return items by posting them back to us. Please include your sales receipt with your return. If you would like a replacement or exchange, you will need to place a new order online. Please note that this policy only applies to online purchases.

Return Policy for Pet food, Yarsagumba and Tea/coffee: Please contact us via email and call us within 7 days from the date of order has delivered and condition of return(return accept only if the product has damaged, Mold or items has been found Moisture and if received wrong orders/size).

Return Policy for Bag and Rudraksha: Please contact us via email within 15 days from the date of order

International Returns

Unsuitable items may be returned within 45 days of Delivery. Please refer to our returns policy above for additional conditions and instructions.

Processing Returns

Returns are usually processed within 1 day of being received, but may take up to 1-2 business days during busy periods. Transaction of refunded amounts may take up to 2-3 business days once processed by us, depending on your payment provider. Refunds for PayPal and After pay purchases can only be processed during business hours: Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
